Ordinary Eternal Machinery was inspired by Leonard Cohen’s Beautiful Losers, a beatific, neo-spiritual image of a lost Eden and the loneliness of a technological world quivering in spectacular reality while the mystical awaits just below the surface to be reclaimed.

The collection is really a literal translation of the title. These clothes are ordinary eternal machinery. The bloomer is my blue jean.  Clothing is part of an everyday ritual practice of extending and amplifying ourselves in the world.  Eternity is the intensity of the felt present and these clothes are a bridge to that event.

These clothes speak to a way of being. Hope you feel free in my ordinary eternal machinery.
