Shipping & Returns
As a thank you to our customers, we are happy to include free shipping via UPS Ground on all domestic orders. We realize that sometimes it’s a rush so if you need your order sooner please select the express shipping option provided at checkout.
Orders of available stock are shipped within 2-3 business days of placement (unless specified as express). Currently, we do not ship on weekends and federal holidays. All orders placed during these times will be sent the following business day. If you would like merchandise to be shipped to two or more locations, please place separate orders for each location.
We ship all international orders via UPS. Rates for international shipping, including Canada and all other countries, will be generated at the time of checkout. Please note that due to varying international postage rules we cannot pay for return shipping on international orders and payment of any additional duties, taxes, fees or VAT is the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Want to return your Thaddeus O’Neil purchase? You may return any unwashed/unworn items within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Items must be returned new, unused, and in the original packaging with tags and sanitary liner attached. Merchandise must be free of deodorant and other stains. Please contact email@example.com to request your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#).
After 14 days, you will be eligible for online store credit only. After 30 days all sales are final. Sale items are only eligible for store credit within 14 days of receipt. Please note items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Original shipping fees are not refundable. We cannot make any exceptions, or accept any requests falling outside of 14/30 day time frame outlined above.
The customer may choose their preferred method of shipping and we recommend tracking/insurance, as Thaddeus O'Neil is not responsible for lost packages. The customer may choose to have Thaddeus O'Neil send a pre-paid return shipping label, the cost of which will be deducted from refund/credit amount.
Thaddeus O'Neil reserves the right to refuse the package and/or return the items back to the sender should the merchandise not abide by this policy.
To initiate the return/exchange process simply:
1. Email: firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and the order number. Please indicate your preferred shipping method, so that we may send you a UPS label if you so choose.
2. Once your request is processed we will email you with your RMA# and a UPS prepaid label (optional).
3. Carefully read our return policy and make sure all items are included in your package. Mail the package to the address we provide in RMA email.
4. Receive your refund as soon as we receive the returned item.
If you are looking to exchange an item please follow the steps above to initiate a return and place a new order with us on our website.
Please note that refund processing times vary according to your bank and payment method but typically take about 3-5 business days.
You may return/exchange any unused, unworn, undamaged items purchased within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Due to varying international postage regulations, we cannot provide any prepaid or complimentary services for returns or exchanges on international orders. Payment of any additional duties, taxes, fees, or VAT is the sole responsibility of the customer.
